April 2023 Updates!

HubSpot has released some new updates in the usual manner that make HubSpot even better!

In our previous post "HubSpot: Top 5 Improvements Q1 2023" you can read about the best updates released during Q1. In this post, we will instead focus on updates released during the month of April.

HubSpot improvements are always exciting and an excellent opportunity for our readers to take advantage of them. If you need help, we are here for you. Feel free to book an introductory meeting with us, but now let's dive into the improvements!

New and Improved Features for April 2023

#5 Knowledgebase can now be further customized

Now, it is possible to manage multiple domains for your knowledge base, which allows you to tailor them even further. For instance, if you have different products or brands within your company, you can now customize your articles so that everything matches and is relevant.

#4 Analyze the customer journey

Now, we can finally analyze our customers' journey in more detail! With these reports, we will be able to optimize every part of our customers' purchase journey. With this new type of report, we can measure the journey between different starting points, which, in turn, enables us to identify where we start losing potential customers. How do we use this report?

By focusing on touchpoints, such as landing pages, forms, conferences, etc., we can answer questions such as:

  • Which landing page generated the best conversion for a specific form?
  • If our potential customers attend a webinar, does the likelihood of them booking a meeting with sales increase or decrease?
  • Which of our sequences performs best in terms of converting our contacts into customers?

#3 Random Sampling

This feature is great when you want to make an unbiased selection from your database. This will make it easier to test different marketing emails, forms, landing pages, etc.

Another fun idea is that if you have a giveaway, you can use this function to draw the winner!

#2 Mandatory fields in playbooks

Now, finally, the feature to set mandatory fields in playbooks is available. Thanks to this, we can ensure data quality when using these playbooks. We can mix mandatory/optional fields in a playbook, making playbooks a very powerful tool!

#1 Goals for your team

Previously, we were able to set individual sales goals for our salespeople for a defined period. But now, we can also create goals based on the team, where we measure the team's performance without having to go down to each individual. Of course, we can also include personal goals that count towards the overall team goal.
