About TeQflo 

Team & Work Environment

We are located in Jägersro, Malmö, and are a small team of about 13-15 people. TeQflo stands for Smart Tech Flowing, and we were founded with the purpose of helping primarily medium-sized companies with digital transformation. We believe in growth, we accelerate and we lead our clients forward towards a better competitive advantage.

In simple terms, this means we help businesses achieve:

  • Higher productivity

How do we do this? With our expertise and services in CRM, technology, change management, and marketing, we solve the challenges and problems that various companies may face. Our service categories are GROW, IMPROVE & CHANGE.

Our working hours are usually 8 AM to 5 PM. Some of us work full-time on-site, others full-time remotely, while the majority are hybrid workers who switch between the office and remote work. We are also on-site with clients.



CRM, Marketing & Websites

Our primary focus is to support medium-sized growth companies striving for growth and sustainability in the modern era. Through web development, inbound marketing, and social media, these goals can be achieved. With our partnership with Hubspot, a leading platform in web development, inbound marketing, sales, and customer service, we are ready to meet these needs and challenges.


IT & Technology

Internally, we focus on IT and technology, where the barriers to quality IT and services have decreased thanks to SaaS providers and scalable solutions. Nevertheless, many opportunities are not fully utilized due to obstacles such as lack of expertise and resistance to change. We guide our interns through these challenges to achieve significant value and competitive advantages through an improved IT environment


Strategies & Business Intelligence

Business models define what we do and how we create value that drives our growth. Technology has and will continue to have a significant impact on business models. For many organizations, change will become the normal state of their operations. As Jonas Hammarberg pointed out in his well-regarded book, "Get Digital or Die Trying".

Are you studying digital marketing, CRM, or TECH/IT and seeking an enriching internship opportunity? At TeQflo, we offer LIA positions to ambitious students every semester within our categories GROW, IMPROVE, and CHANGE. Together with your supervisor, you'll set a plan for your time with us to maximize your learning during the LIA period.

Our preferences for interns:

  • Studying a relevant field/program in tech/IT, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and proficient in English
  • Familiarity with Hubspot is advantageous for CRM/Marketing internships.
  • For Tech/IT internships, some software skills or technical knowledge are required.
  • Seeking passionate and ambitious individuals dedicated to their area of expertise.
  • Willingness to take responsibility for learning and tasks, and to take initiative.
  • Encouraged to ask questions, as no question is considered too silly.
  • Comfortable being featured in photos and videos for social media sharing.
  • Ideal internship period is at least 8 weeks for better integration and learning.
  • Part-time internships during studies can be discussed, but longer periods are preferred for meaningful experiences.

What can you expect as an intern with us?

  • You will have the opportunity to test your skills in real projects, both internal and client-facing.

  • You will receive continuous guidance, support, and regular meetings to discuss questions, express your thoughts, and receive feedback on your work.
  • You will develop strong expertise in your area.
  • If you choose an internship in CRM or marketing, you will learn a lot about Hubspot, which is a sought-after skill in the job market.
  • The internship period is tailored based on our areas of expertise and your preferences.
  • We welcome both part-time and full-time interns. Part-time interns are expected to take extra initiative to learn outside of internship hours for a more effective learning process.
  • We offer flexible internship periods and working hours.
  • When your supervisor is on-site, you are also expected to be present. Most of us work hybrid schedules, so we are on-site usually 2-3 days a week.
  • You have access to online courses via Hubspot Academy and are encouraged to obtain as many certificates as possible during your internship.
  • You will have access to specific tools depending on your chosen area, such as Hubspot, Adobe programs, and Canva for marketing.

The application process consists of the following steps:

  1. Please submit your CV (including a portfolio if available) and a brief personal letter explaining why you chose your field of study and what you look forward to during your internship.
  2. We review applications continuously and will invite you for an interview, either digitally or at our office, if we believe we are a good match and can offer you a valuable internship based on your preferences and education.
  3. The interview is an opportunity for us to get to know you and for you to learn about us. At TeQflo, we value personality, and we prefer to bring in the right person and train them rather than having extensive experience with the wrong attitude for TeQflo.
  4. We will get back to you regardless of whether you are offered the position or not. If you desire feedback on your interview, please feel free to ask! It can be valuable for future interviews.
    If you are offered a position at TeQflo, we will discuss start date, plan your time here, and clarify your expectations.
  5. Upon starting, you will sign a confidentiality agreement, have access to a work computer, and receive an introduction.
    If you prefer to bring your own computer, that's completely fine! The work computer we provide may not be top-of-the-line, but it works for most tasks.

Job Roles in TECH/IT:
  • Strategic Consulting: Develop and advise on TECH/IT strategies, support leadership, and track industry trends.
  • IT Architecture & Design: Design networks, user experiences (UX), and secure, high-performance IT systems.
  • IT Implementation: Install, configure, and optimize IT environments.
  • IT Operations & Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems for smooth operation.
  • User Support: Provide technical assistance to users via phone, chat, and email.
  • Tech Center: Manage hardware, perform troubleshooting/repairs, and maintain inventory.
  • Service Desk: Handle user inquiries, facilitate communication, and solve IT problems.
