How long does it take to receive a response?
For servicedesk enquiries we'll respond within the agreed SLA or as soon as possible.
For CRM support and sales enquiries we'll reply within 1 business day.
For general enquiries, our response time will vary based on the subject. We prioritize customers and partners. Requests for new collaborations, partnerships and suppliers might get a delayed or no response based on the attractiveness.
