Monitoring & Maintenance

TeQflo implements a sensor in the client's IT environment that enables round-the-clock monitoring. The sensor continuously sends status messages regarding alarms, deviations, and logs, allowing TeQflo to proactively manage operations and maintenance, thereby averting disruptions and incidents with the least possible impact on the client's environment.

The service enables monitoring of all network-connected equipment such as firewalls, switches, printers, storage units, and UPS devices. TeQflo also performs ongoing adjustments of alarm levels and analysis of logs and trends, with documented routines for standard deviations and how they should be handled.

Customer-specific monitoring points, beyond the TeQflo standard, are decided at the discovery and startup meetings.
