With its head office in Malmö and production in Arboga, the company has, since its start in 2015, established itself as a leading player in its field. Their products are used worldwide at concerts, festivals, film and TV productions, and sports events—environments where safety, reliability, and ease of use are critical.

The company has customers in over 30 countries and a strong reputation in the industry. As the business expands and the product portfolio grows, so does the need for unified digital communication and a marketing department that can deliver at the pace of development.

During an intense period with several parallel projects, StageSmarts contacted us at TeQflo to step in as an extension of their marketing team. One of the most central parts of the assignment was to finalize their updated website, a platform designed both to strengthen the brand and act as a practical tool for marketing and sales. This involved coordinating with web developers, system developers, and an SEO agency to secure deliveries, as well as supporting content production and structuring existing material.

 

Challenge

StageSmarts was in a fast-paced phase with multiple parallel initiatives: new product launches, improved lead management, and modernization of their digital presence. The marketing team was driving the work forward with great dedication but faced the challenge of keeping many threads together at once. With multiple moving parts, tight deadlines, and the need for smoother interaction between the website and sales, they required additional support to create structure and clear workflows.

In addition, specialist expertise was needed to quickly navigate a technically advanced industry with a highly niche audience.

Our Mission

Throughout the project, we supported the marketing team by:

  • Creating structure and developing a manageable backlog for continued development.

  • Acting as a bridge between internal needs and external suppliers (web developers, system developers, SEO agencies) to ensure quality deliveries.

  • Gathering and producing content; copy, images, and materials from internal resources, to complete the website.

  • Editing web and product pages with a focus on design and content hierarchy to enable a smoother user flow and a design that reflected their updated visual identity.

  • Implementing a stronger integration between the website and HubSpot CRM so that incoming leads from contact forms and CTAs could be handled more efficiently.

  • Connecting the company’s configurator to HubSpot, enabling tracking and follow-up of leads. The configurator is a digital tool that allows users to customize and build a product directly on the website, step by step. In StageSmarts’ case, users can tailor products to their specific needs.

Results

The prioritized backlog brought greater clarity to the ongoing development work and made it easier for the marketing team to prioritize and follow up on tasks.

The web and product pages were finalized with content collected and edited from internal resources. We planned the content hierarchy for the product pages and published the material according to the marketing team’s guidelines, while also tying up loose ends to create a complete and consistent digital presence. This resulted in a unified and clear online profile that reflects their professionalism and unique products, with relevant information now easily accessible and presented in a consistent way.

Collaboration with external partners, such as web developers, system developers, and the SEO agency ran smoothly thanks to clear and open communication and continuous follow-up, ensuring high-quality deliveries.

The integrations with HubSpot CRM and the company’s configurator now ensure that incoming leads are directed straight to the sales team and can be followed up efficiently. This has improved conversion, provided better visibility into the sales process, reduced manual work, and simplified the handling of customized product requests.
